I am doing a card swap!

What is a card swap you ask?

It's where everyone swaps handmade cards! This is a great way to be able to get other homemade cards for you to have. Below are the details.

Must Email me by:  FEBRUARY 28TH TO SIGN UP - scrapbooksandbeyond@gmail.com
Each person will be asked to make a certain # of cards depending on how many sign up. I will have the number of cards you need to make by March 1st.

Cards must be in the Theme of a Birthday. Only requirement is that you use One Close to my Heart item on the card.

Cards must be turned in to me by: March 19th!!!

If someone signs up and does not make the cards by the date due then the person who made the cards will receive the extras back.  Also the person may be excluded from future card swaps.

New Year & New Catalog Arrival!

2012 is behind us and the hopes and expectations of a new year are upon us! So many things to be thankful for in the past year and I thoroughly look forward to the new year ahead! CTMH just released the newest Spring/Summer 2013 catalog that will be available for ordering starting February 1st.

There are so many new ideas and great new products being released. I am excited about the new Studio J collections so if you haven't tried digital scrapbooking yet, let 2013 be the year to give it a try. Remember using Studio J is free to try and the costs are kept reasonably priced ($6.95 for a 2-page layout + .jpeg file or $2.95 for the .jpeg file for a 2-page layout) The templates are so versatile and fun. We will be making this adorable Valentine scrapbooking page on Tuesday February 19th.
We will be using some different paper for this layout however. Our New Chantilly Paper Packet shown below. This layout will be the same but look alot different by just changing the paper.

Items to Bring: Cricut if you have one and mat, cricut cartridges if you have them Artise and Art Philosophy, scissors, paper trimmer, adhesive, your photos and anything else you think you might like to make this page your very own!

 It's easy to join. Either pay $10.00 for the night or if you place
 an order of $15.00 or more you come for FREE. Also with the
 order you will go on our hostess list. You remain on the
 list as long as you place an order each month. What this
 means is FREE products for you on the month you are the
 hostess. It's that easy! Also you get the benefits of
 great card making and scrapbooking projects for the
 year.
